We collect your name, email address, phone number, and information about the courses you're interested in when you register for our waitlist. If self-hosted web analytics is enabled, we also process technical and aggregated website usage events, such as page visited, language, call-to-action clicks, and successful form submission, without including name, email, phone number, or free-text questions.

3. Mandatory Nature of Data

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without this information we cannot add you to our waitlist or contact you about our courses.

4. Legal Basis and Purpose

We process your data based on your explicit consent. We use this information solely to communicate with you about our courses, updates, and related educational opportunities.

5. Data Retention Period

We will retain your data until you request deletion or withdraw your consent.

6. Data Recipients

Your data is not shared with third-party marketers. Only Ibiza Code Academy has access to your information. We use hosting and database infrastructure within the European Union. If the notification webhook is enabled, Make.com acts as an external processor for operational notifications related to the waitlist.

7. International Transfers

Your data is stored within the European Union and is not transferred outside the EEA.

12. Self-hosted web analytics

We may use OpenPanel in a self-hosted setup to measure aggregated website performance. This analytics setup does not use visitor cookies, does not record sessions, does not create commercial profiles, does not use identify(), and does not include personal data from the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website and measuring how our information channels work. You can object to this processing by contacting us.
